Matrix offers professional training giving individuals the skills required to understand and use applications in the most effective and efficient manner.  In order to meet different requirements, Matrix offers a choice of course structures:

Standard Courses
The most popular courses are scheduled once a month. The number of delegates does not exceed six in order to maintain individual attention.

Tailored Courses
These courses are arranged for individual clients and can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
We encourage delegates to bring along a sample of their own data to use for exercise purposes. This is a cost effective way of approaching training when topics spanning the different levels can be included while the course itself is run at a pace to suit the group. This has proved to be the most popular approach with many of our clients.

On-site Workshops
One of the most popular ways of addressing training needs is by holding a training session on site thus avoiding the inconvenience and cost of travel for staff.  This can either be in a training room provided by the client or our trainer being available to advise individuals on their specific software application problems.

By understanding aims and objectives we can develop the most appropriate training. In cases where specific results are required we offer workshops combining an element of training and consultancy. This can be anything from enhancing the design of a database through to the management of large documents.
